Homeschooling Mom
Areas Served
West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina
Martina is a wife, mother, and true Italian American - her primary language is Italian, she holds dual citizenship, and she spent her childhood going back and forth between Italy and the United States. She has six children here (four boys, 2 girls), and four little saints in Heaven.
Martina loves to play mahjong, read books, and work on needlepoint, solidifying her place in the millennial grannies club. She homeschools her children in the style of Charlotte Mason, chauffeurs her children to all their activities including dance, and considers herself a jack of all trades and a master of none!
Martina has been involved with The Sisterhood of the Traveling Relics of St. Gianna before the sisterhood existed! Connecting with founder Jennifer Nelson on social media, where Martina had a Catholic jewelry shop, Martina received support through her last two losses and subsequent crisis of faith.
Around the time Martina received her St. Gianna prayer card, she learned she was pregnant with her fourth child. When Martina first heard of The Sisterhood from Jennifer, she immediately offred any help she could provide (including building The Sisterhood's first website!).
