Katherine

Katherine is married to her high school sweetheart, Dominic, and together they are raising their four children on a farm in New Jersey. She spends her days homeschooling, tending to their garden, cooking, and enjoying quiet moments with a good book. 

Katherine first encountered Saint Gianna Beretta Molla while preparing to choose her Confirmation saint. Her mom shared the story of the young wife, mother, and doctor who heroically gave her life for her unborn child. Though Katherine ultimately chose a different saint for Confirmation, she carried St. Gianna’s story in her heart. Years later, Katherine felt the Lord reveal that the name “Gianna” would become part of her own story after all. She and Dominic gave the name to their firstborn daughter—a meaningful connection that deepened her devotion. Around that time, she became involved with this ministry and its founder, Jen Nelson.
